We are currently selling certified organic beef in whole or halves butchered locally and processed to your specifications. We also sell USDA processed beef for retail sale in vacuum packages. We are taking orders year round for all our meat and will let you know of availability. Certified organic pork is presently only available in whole and half.
Our beef and pork are very tender and tasty, the beef is grassfed only (no corn or grain) which results in very healthy and lean meat.
Generally beef for whole sale is available from October till April, poultry only in fall.
